Exhibition "Viktor Tsymbal. Archive. Collection"

On February 7, the Museum of Ukrainian Diaspora will open the historical and artistic exhibition "Viktor Tsymbal. Archive. Collection," dedicated to the Ukrainian émigré artist and military of the Ukrainian People's Army, Viktor Tsymbal. For the first time, original documents, photographs, letters, and graphic works by the artist, covering his Kyiv, Prague, Argentine, and American periods, will be presented to the public.

The exhibition will reveal new pages of the artist's life, known primarily for his advertising posters for Coca-Cola, General Motors, Opel, Nestlé, and other global companies. However, his artistic heritage is much deeper: among the exhibits, you will see a portrait of Pavlo Skoropadsky created after his death, anti-Soviet cartoons from the 1940s-1950s, archival documents confirming his studies in Kyiv and Prague, and rare photographs taken in Buenos Aires and New York.

Theater Play "The Madman from the House Across" – A Romantic Comedy About the Paradoxes of Life

On February 8, Kyiv will host the romantic comedy "The Madman from the House Across," based on the play by Olga Annenko. The performance combines humor, unexpected plot twists, and sincere romance, giving the audience lightness and good spirits.

The main character, Mykhailo, doesn't like paradoxes, but they keep happening in his life. For example, the girl he's dating doesn't even suspect it. His story is a play of absurdity and comedy, in which every viewer will recognize something familiar from their own life.
