Watching movies while enjoying the starry sky has been possible for several summers now in one of the most picturesque places in the capital - at YUBK. Here, they show the best films of recent years every day, except for Fridays and weekends.

Enjoying the movie is twice as pleasant on comfortable loungers.

The second season has started at this summer cinema located right in the courtyard of a residential building. It opened in May, and the organizers delighted the audience with the Ukrainian fantasy film «The Stronghold».

Screenings take place on Fridays and start at 21:00 or 20:00. The movie being shown is announced just before the screening.

To the delight of movie enthusiasts, Kinopark in Solomianskyi District has resumed its operation. It will be working all summer right next to the fountain in Solomiansky Park. The opening was promising: to celebrate, the organizers showed the charming comedy «Welcome to the South».

You can enjoy cinematic masterpieces here for absolutely free. The only thing to bring is warm blankets.

This is the case when you can immerse yourself in the world of cinema right in the city center - on Khreshchatyk, with a view of the picturesque park. In addition to the movie itself, the organizers offer cozy blankets, tasty popcorn, aromatic hookahs, and board games.

Movies are shown here every day, weather permitting. In the coming days, they will screen the films "Time Machine in the Hot Tub," "Iron Man," "Ghostbusters," and "Young Woman."

This is a grand venue where over 250 people can be accommodated simultaneously. You should visit here with your grandparents for two reasons: firstly, because young people are only allowed in Kino-Sad when accompanied by older relatives, and secondly, because they only show good, family-oriented films here.

KinoDrom

To ardent car enthusiasts, we recommend checking out the «KinoDrom», a place where you can watch your favorite movies without leaving your car. Here, you can not only immerse yourself in the world of cinema but also have a snack or a drink. If you turn on your hazard lights for a few seconds, a drive-in waiter will come right to you.

  • Admission: 120 UAH.

You can watch movies outdoors at the Anna Akhmatova Square as well. To celebrate the beginning of the cinema season, they showed the film «Cyborgs» by Akhtem Seitablaiev at the start of June, and moving forward, the organizers promise to introduce Kyiv residents only to worthy Ukrainian films.

Movies in Taras Shevchenko park

 

From August 14 to September 2, they will be showing movies in Taras Shevchenko Park. The time is 20:30, and admission is absolutely free. They promise to screen such prominent films as «Eat Pray Love» (August 14, August 27), «The Notebook» (August 15, September 2), «French Kiss» (August 16, August 28), «Breakfast at Tiffany's» (August 17, September 1), «Notting Hill» (August 18, August 26), «Groundhog Day» (August 19, August 29), «You've Got Mail» (August 20, August 25), «A Good Year» (August 21, August 24), «Bridget Jones's Diary» (August 22, August 30), and «That Awkward Moment» (August 23, August 31).

ОМГ, я же всю жизнь мечтала побывать в авто-кинотеатрке, как в старых американских фильмах! Даже не думала, что в Украине такое есть! Вау-вау-вау
