It’s a spacious area for 8 people, which can be expanded to 15 if you’re planning a big gathering. The room features a jacuzzi with hydro massage, foam, and salts (included in the price), a Finnish steam room with Himalayan salt, a large bed, an electric fireplace, a billiard room, a TV, a shower with a bucket waterfall, and even a relaxation corner with a table. It’s perfect for both a romantic evening and celebrations with friends.
For a more relaxed experience, there’s a billiard room for 7 people (or 12 with an extra charge) — without a jacuzzi, but with the same Finnish sauna, billiards, a large leather sofa, and a room with a bed.
The small room is for groups of up to five people. It also features a Finnish sauna, a shower, and a relaxation room. It’s all basic — nothing extra.
Each room offers Wi-Fi and TVs. You can bring your own food and drinks. The administrator can provide a music speaker, dishes, a hairdryer, and jacuzzi foam/salt for free.
Oak or birch twigs cost 250 UAH. You can rent a white sheet or towel for 50 UAH. Disposable slippers and hats are also 50 UAH, and the mitt for the twig is 25 UAH. "Alpine Meadow" or "Cheeky Fruit" tea with water will cost 100 UAH, and for connoisseurs, there is a tea ceremony with a samovar for 150 UAH.
The minimum booking time is 2 hours. If you plan to stay longer, discounts are available for bookings of three hours or more.

Another option for those who value privacy and comfort is "Shteyn" in Borshchahivka. Everything here is simple: two rooms, each with its own atmosphere, the same price — 800 UAH per hour, and a clear rule — a minimum of 2 hours for booking.
If you want a jacuzzi with hydro massage, choose the second room. It features a Finnish sauna for six people, a refreshing shower, a fireplace, a relaxation area with tech, music, satellite TV, board games, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, and tea. The jacuzzi is the main feature of this room. It’s perfect for an evening for two or a small group.

SpaBanny
SpaBanny is a place where Turkish hammam, Finnish sauna, hydro massage jacuzzis, and cozy rooms for sleep come together.
The large room is a space for groups of up to eight people, featuring two saunas: a soft hammam and a hot Finnish sauna. Additionally, there’s a spacious jacuzzi, a bath, a shower, and two relaxation rooms. The room includes a TV, internet, a large living room, soft sofas, and a comfortable table. You can bring your own food and drinks, and parking is available by the entrance.
For smaller groups, there are three separate rooms with jacuzzis — Room №111, №112, and №113. Each room has a Finnish sauna, hydro massage jacuzzi, a relaxation room, a living room with a TV, a shower, a hallway with wardrobes, a kettle, a fridge, towels, sheets, and slippers.

There are six separate private saunas here, most of which are equipped with jacuzzis or warm hydro-massage pools. Jacuzzi lovers will enjoy the Sea Sauna, the Sauna with Billiards, and the Amber Sauna.
In the Sea Sauna, you'll find a warm jacuzzi, an ice bath, a wood-fired sauna, relaxation rooms, a dining area, and an outdoor terrace.

On the left bank, the "Hunter's Court" spa center operates — a spacious complex of 300 square meters. You can also rent a bathrobe, order a peeling, massage, or tea with honey from their own beekeeping. Bathing goods, cosmetics, slippers, and brooms are also sold. There’s a restaurant menu available.
Currently, the center has a promotion "Happy Hours at the Spa" — a 30% discount on weekdays from 10:00 to 14:00. Two hours for one person cost 504 UAH instead of 720.
