The observation deck is equipped on the roof of the 25-story building. From a 100-meter height, Solomenka, the Aviation Museum, Sevastopol Square, part of Goloseevo, a television tower on Dorogozhichi, and Krasnozvezdny Bridge are clearly visible.
Access is open daily (subject to good weather) from 12:00 to 22:00.
The cost of visiting is 50 hryvnias (50% discount for students). It includes binoculars, a warm blanket, a cup of tea or coffee, wi-fi.
